How could I upload a pdf file or a image like shown screenshot on the website

You have to rename it yourself to have a .tns extension—for example, document.pdf.tns. The TI software will hide the tns extension, showing the PDF one in the file viewer.

You'll need to have a third-party PDF application installed. This is only available with Ndless, which is only supported on older firmware. See more info here.
