Implemented and tested event system. Integration in a separate issue.

Basic idea from: https://www.educative.io/answers/how-to-build-an-event-emitter-in-javascript With Additions:

support multiple callbacks for event type
eventType defined in enum
canceled flag (default values in methods)
eventState (transition from pre -> post state and functionality, has default values )
