Do we need/want Nexus file writer for python objects?

For CSX, we would probably want to just write one file. Not write one hdf5 and then convert it to nexus.

Work on this issue should follow the NeXus application definition which is TBD now.

Is this even still relevant? We can decide after NXxpcs V1. No need to do anything about this now.
