Will close #3. Prepare the NXxpcs application before we submit it to the NeXus definitions repository per the NIAC guidelines for contributions.

A proposed NeXus application definition or base class will be placed in the contributed definitions folder for review and revision until it is either ratified by the NIAC (NeXus International Advisory Committee) or removed by the contributors.
