add acquire_period to NXdetector #58

we will include this in our use for NXdetector for NXxpcs.

Then leave it to NeXus to recognize this is a broader general use.

The closest match in NXdetector now is frame_time but this is not the same quantity.

As stated above, we'll add acquire_period as a field in our NXxpcs. Once NeXus considers whether or not to add this field to NXdetector, we can close this issue.
