WS-17 Multiple Page Views Does not work in Admin Panel Destinations #529

Web Store Version: 2.5.0

Summary: Multiple Page Views Does not work in Admin Panel > Destinations

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Define enough Destinations (Shipping > Destinations) to create multiple pages
  2. When viewing Destinations, from the initial page you can select page # or Nexy
  3. After navigating to a page beyond the first, the menu disappears, cannot go back or choose another page.

Expected Results: Navigation menu remains, and you can navigate forward, backward or to a specific page

Actual Results: Navigation menu disappears
