Cart Notes #584

If you attempt to checkout and aren't successful, the notes field just gets appended to each time the page refreshes so you end up with the notes field just being duplicated a bunch of times. When the cart is updated, it should flush/rewrite the notes field instead of appending.

This bug has been logged in our bug tracking system as WS-1131 . At this time this bug has not been completed.
