OS X Mavericks - Install hanging at "Downloading Brooklyn Template". Perpetually reports that the server is throttling connections.

Hi Tony,

It would appear that this would likely be an issue technical support would need to work with you on. We haven't had any reports of this that would indicate an actual bug (or seeing it with many customers), so the issue may be server configuration or something unique to your setup that would need technical support assistance.

Support requests can be filed through http://my.lightspeedretail.com with your login.

Hi Max,

Are you trying to install locally on a Mac or you're using your Mac to install on a remote ISP account? We appeared to have an issue with one of our servers which is used during install (where files are downloaded from) that has now been resolved, so please try again. If it continues, I recommend contacting technical support directly through http://my.lightspeedretail.com with your login, since we're unable to provide individual technical support through this forum.

Thanks,

Kris
