Thanks for the report @mrshickle -- we're tracking this internally as WS-3571
It looks like functionality for this has been added in the newest release of LightSpeed Web Store. However, it appears to only work when the purchasing customer is logged in and already has an address set. When a billing address is manually entered it does not appear that the purchasing customer is alerted that there is a specific shipping address for the wishlist. Please confirm that I am not mistaken and if there is a planned future fix.
When creating or editing wishlist there is an option that says "Allow buyers to ship my registry items directly to me at" and a dropdown with all the addresses of the current user.
When a wishlist is being shared using a special link there is no option to select the wishlist owner's address in "shipping options" tabs in the checkout - only to chose one of your addresses or add a new address.
This is a major bug to few of our clients whose business is very dependent on the wishlist functionality.
