Can we have a new published release, please? #54

Hi there,

We'd love to have a nice tagged version (for Carthage) since these enhancements were recently added (https://github.com/lightstep/lightstep-tracer-objc/compare/3.2.14...master). Latest published version is 18 months old, could we perhaps have a version now?

Hope someone can help
