Updates the plugin's dependencies and config files to match the latest version of @grafana/toolkit
The contents of the repository have been updated to match the output of a fresh toolkit plugin setup.
Deprecation notice
When running the plugin commands there is now a deprecation warning:
There is a newer tool for managing the plugin, Grafana Plugin tools, but it is intended to only support Grafana v8 and up reference issue ... until we update our plugin to also only support Grafana v8+ we'll stay on @grafana/toolkit
