According to this, it's only in the aggressive list: https://blocklist-tools.developerdan.com/entries/search?q=js.media-lab.ai

Just noticed this myself,

I have definitely only enabled "Lightswitch05 - Ads & Tracking" in NextDNS and not the aggressive list. I double-checked the list and the domain js.media-lab.ai is, just as you mentioned, not included. Maybe one of these domains in your list are the cause though?

imgur does not work correctly unless the domain is added to the Allowlist.

I have the same issue, imgur broken at mobile.Only works if add to domain allowlist.

dnmTX commented 2 years ago

NextDNS is usually more aggressive when it comes to blocking and especially wildcard blocking,so the presence of media-lab.ai in the list and also by looking at the screenshots(the js. part is light grey and the rest is black) would confirm my theory. In this case is probably for the best if you guys whitelist it on your end.

@dnmTX thanks for helping solve this one

yokoffing commented 1 year ago

It is still showing up for me on the regular list on NextDNS.

dazzah87 commented 1 year ago

Yea, this issue itself was never solved, the issue was just closed due to dnmTX's comment above which may explain why it's not working (aggressive wildcard blocking on NextDNS's side) but the solution would be to either a) add the domain to the Allowlist or preferably b) have it removed from the list itself.
