I NEED YOUR HELP TO VERIFY THIS 1.0.0 RELEASE

I do not use this tool anymore. I think this major 1.0.0 release will make things better - but again, I do not use it. If you use this tool, please consider giving this 1.0.0 release a test and let me know the results!

Background

Recent activity in this repo got be feeling bummed out about the way I left this project. Its not something I have any use for anymore, but the 690 stars show that is useful to someone out there. So I decided to spent some time in here and finally get the rewrite branch complete.

The majority of the rewrite code - especially the hard parts (colspan & rowspan) was already done years ago
Just missing a few minor feature additions like the extractor and textDataOverride options
Ported over all tests from the master branch as a double verification that everything is working as expected on the rewrite
There is some slight behavior changes with includeRowId - but I think its actually an improvement
