Outline
- Compile MXNet C++
- Compile ShiroGo
- Set Selfplay Task && Run Selfplay
...
- many parameters are not adjusted optimally.
- train without komi and winrate.

- 嗯, 很多参数没仔细调, 应该有提升空间.
- 不使用贴目进行训练, 不预测胜率.
