Dear Sir: I want to analysis a finished game to get winrate based on kataGo, how to process it just like this project https://github.com/fohristiwhirl/leela_zero_analysis? thanks!

There is a good chance that KataGo works with the scripts you linked, because it mostly implements the same commands that Leela Zero does. However, there are possibly much better tools now. Try some of the GUIs here: https://github.com/lightvector/KataGo#guis

Some of them should also have the option to do a whole game analysis. But also, these GUIs allow for interactive analysis, which is FAR more useful for most players - a passive analysis will point out mistakes, but often you won't understand why it's a mistake or why the bot's move is better. https://lifein19x19.com/viewtopic.php?p=255703#p255703

If you don't mind low quality analysis or you are willing to pay some money, the website AI Sensei is a good choice. It offers analyze with 50 playouts per move for free, and it's easy to share games. I often use it to analyze my games. Here is the link:https://ai-sensei.com/
