KataGo surely support ARM chips, but no official release yet. That's say, to run KataGo on ARM64 Linux, just compile it as the AMD64 Linux does. See Compiling.md. Specially, on Android phones, you'll need Termux to install Linux distro to Android. Or just down aki65's apk. Details: #321
