Db email and bugfixes

• Code changes necessary for production database
• Code changes necessary to get email working
• UI changes to display alpha-status of the site
• Favicon
• Updated readme explaining how to set up the site
• More throttles and error handling and such
• A whole bunch of bugfixes for things that weren't easy to test until we had a proper database and smtp server.
• Misc stuff - bots lose the game when they make an illegal move, minor ui tweaks
