Seedsaving and harvesting is a kinda wide subject. Where to start, what should be included?

@le-jun I would look for horticulture 101 in a book like this. What kind of plant is easy to grow in different climates and has good nutrition?

As well as horticulture techniques that are suitable for a survival environment. 🤔
