Image decoding problems may be to DOLBY-A or B or C at the reel to reel tape level ...

It is not just the RIAA curve that upset the PHASE and GROUP "Delay" for the decoding of the VOYAGER Record Images ...

Other than that noting to report ...

Will check, I don't have access to Dolby equipment yet, looking to find someone to run it through some high-quality decoders.
