YouDescribe FAQ should mention clearing the Browser cache to fix certain problems #101

Josh experienced some errors with YouDescribe on IE10 or IE11 which were fixed 
by clearing the browser's cache.

This should be mentioned in the Support FAQ within YouDescribe, as well as in 
the Google Group for YouDescribe.
