DVX needs improved handling of registration process if account is not confirmed by link from email #102

Fixed ownership of this issue.

Still need a mechanism to cancel sign-up attempts which are not confirmed (by 
link in email) in some set amount of time, and to provide a mechanism to 
re-send the email if it doesn't show up.
