If a clip's start time is past the end of the video timeline, it should be played back at the end of the video #108

If, as a result of nudging or some other feature, the start time of a clip from
DVX ends up past the end of the video timeline, then YouDescribe should play
that clip at the end of the video. If several clips end up past the timeline,
they should be played in the order of their start times.

Currently, YouDescribe will never play a clip whose start time is past the end
of the video timeline, although the clip will show up in the author's clip
table on the addCreate page.
