Currently, when a user creates a new clip (records and uploads in the 
addCreate.php page), it is not always played back when the user presses play 
for the video. The clip should be played back when the user next presses play 
(unless they have moved along the timeline before playing), particularly to 
give an idea of how long an inline clip will overlap with the video.
