The full screen button on the YouDescribe player page stops descriptions from being played #126

Play any video, such as:

http://youdescribe.ski.org/player.php?v=OfHaV6NN3P8

Click the 'Full Screen' button in the bottom right of the video player window. 
The video becomes full screen, but the descriptions no longer play. Also, the 
YouDescribe transport controls (Play/Pause, Stop, Skip Forward, Skip Backwards, 
and the Describer select controls) are no longer visible, only the JW Player 
native controls, which do not correctly control the described video playback.
