Detect and report the duration of audio clips #80

In order to support several features in DVX playback systems such as 
YouDescribe, the DVX server must report the duration of each audio clip.

This could either be implemented by storing the duration in the database when a 
clip is uploaded, or by querying each clip whenever a clip/metadata request is 
made to the server.

This is related to Issue 31 
(https://code.google.com/p/sk-dvx/issues/detail?id=31), "Support automatic, 
server-based format conversion for audio files".
