When using Opera or IE, addCreate pops up an Alert before the Flash plugin has been enabled, with incorrect error text #91

With Opera or Internet Explorer (v10) browser, log into youdescribe.org, and go 
to "Create/Edit" (e.g. 
http://youdescribe.ski.org/rel/addCreate.php?v=OfHaV6NN3P8).

Click the "Record" button.

A pop-up window states "No Recording has been made yet! Please press Record now 
to start your first recording". On the addCreate page, the Flash audio recorder 
has a pop-up "Adobe Flash Player Settings. Privace. Allow youdescribe.ski.org 
to access your camera and microphone? o Allow, o Deny, o Remember, Close".

The pop-up window's text should refer to enabling Flash, and selecting "Allow" 
and "Remember" before clicking "Close".
