Recent Crossmap version is not available in bioconda #24

I filed an issue on this in bioconda.

Briefly looking at their recipe, this issue has to do with file source used. I think it needs to be updated from sourceforge to github, but this would mean that crossmap needs to be consitently released in Github-releases.

The latest version should be now available in Bioconda and our bot is now tracking github and should create update PRs for any new version of CrossMap.
