hi, The upper part is your data, and the lower part is my data. When I tried to use Rscript 10Fold_CrossValidation.r, an error message appeared as shown in the second picture. I have a total of 63550 transcripts. Your test data is 19834. Does the R script need to be changed? How can I modify it? Thank you
