tar-stream version changed to 2.2.0 #20

The error was with atlas db only. With the debug information I found that the error is coming from tar-stream. So I changed tar-stream version to 2.2.0 and it is working good now.

can you just squash the commit and change text to: chore: change tar-stream library to version 2.2.0 (#20)
