text-stroke doesn't render on subtitles #257

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Apply colored text-stroke to cue:: css
2. Doesn't render color, or stroke.

The only thing we could do to get around this is to use a text-shadow, and it 
only renders a max 1px shadow around the text, which isn't the best option for 
subtitles.

text-shadow does get rendered on normal text elements.
