StreamingProtocol and its subclasses are not documented #304

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to https://developers.google.com/cast/docs/reference/player/
2. There are no entries for cast.player.common.StreamingProtocol and its 
subclasses

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
These classes should be documented. There are references to 
cast.player.common.StreamingProtocol.getStreamInfo and 
cast.player.common.StreamingProtocol.getQualityLevel in the documentation for 
cast.player.api.Host.getQualityLevel

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
