Communication issues with multiple users with cast extension installed

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Install Google Chrome and setup two or more users
2.Install Google Cast on each user
3.Stream Netflix or another stream with only ONE of the user sessions started.
4.Resolution- Removing all Google Cast except for a single user.

What is the expected output? 
Streams should sync independently with the source player/tab. Any other Cast 
extension on other users should not be actively polling or should become aware 
of other user connection to the device.

What do you see instead?
Netflix will send the stream to Chromecast. Chromecast will initialize Netflix 
app but will never sync with browser. Cast extension icon after few seconds 
shows connection to chromecast had been lost.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Chrome tested with both branch Stable or Dev (32 and 64 bit)
Google Cast 14.605.0.10

Please provide any additional information below.

Problem seems to be resolved with only one instance of Google Cast extension 
installed per Chrome installation.

Nickhester, can you confirm if this is still an issue that you're seeing?  
There have been significant changes, and Netflix in particular migrated 
entirely from the preview SDK to the public SDK, so any issues observed with 
Netflix at that time aren't really relevant to the current SDK.
