Third-Party Applications no longer displaying chromecast button. #322

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Attempt to open any chromecast-supported app or video 
2. Reboot/reset chromecast and wifi router
3. Restart and reinstall google play services on device

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
A chromecast symbol in chrome browser videos and google play 
chromecast-supported apps.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Nook HD with GPS 5.0.84 and Android 4.2. Launch chromecast and one bought last 
month.

Please provide any additional information below.
