wont load movies to tv

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.choose movie to cast
2.select what chromecast to cast too
3.netflixs goes back to menu screen

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
tv should download movie  all i see is tv screen showning downloading

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
i dont know new one. op. system win.8.1

Please provide any additional information below.
i have another chromecast bought same time works well

Looks like you are having issue with chromecast; if so, please open an issue 
with them, this is not a SDK issue.
