Cast Icon Disappeared - Unable to cast most apps #337

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Using Nook HD+ 
2.Using Google Play Music
3.Using Google Movies and TV

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I no longer see a cast Icon except for Youtube and Netflix

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Firmware Version 17977
Nook HD+ Software Version 2.2.0
