Screensaver while casting via PlayMusic #447

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Cast music from PlayMusic
2. Wait 30sec.
3. see the jumping song cover screensaver

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
expected: See the Cover the whole time in fullscreen mode
see instead: annoying jumping cover screensaver

Please add a setting, that I can disable the screensaver which appears after 
30sec the song is playing. I think you can add this feature very quick and I am 
looking forward to see this setting in the next version of the chromecast 
android app :-)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

This is how the Play Music app behaves, which is not related to the Cast SDK. 
Also, it is important for the cover image to move around in order to prevent 
screen-burn.
