Trouble in connecting network when TV switched on after long shutdown #472

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Encure chromecase is up and running
2. Switch off the tv and wait for few hours
3. Switch on the tv

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
chromecast get connected without any issues. But chrocast has the trouble in 
getting connected to network even though wirless network is fine. It takes a 
long time to reconnect

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.
The issue happens very frequently.
