Google seems to allow chromecast devices from other manufacturers, like 
smartTV's or speakers, for example this:

How such companies get a authenticated Chromecast replica?

Google plans / allow an auth system or the possibility to get an chromecast 
certificate for developers they want to build custom devices? For example for 
projects like node-castv2: https://github.com/thibauts/node-castv2

If not, this is a feature request ;)
