How did you achieve a working character model for Godot?
I downloaded the original model from here: https://opengameart.org/content/animated-human-low-poly. The zip archive contains a .blend
file, so I suspect I opened it in Blender and exported as .glb
from there. I don't remember making any changes.
Could I trouble you to export/fix the female low-poly model, too?
I'm only aware of low-poly male model linked above, so I'm not sure what female low-poly model you are referring to.
Hope that helps.
The female model is here: https://quaternius.com/packs/animatedwoman.html
I tried using Blender and exporting, but all my attempts were also messed up. Thanks in advance!
Here is a zip of a Godot 3.4 project containing both the models above: models.zip. I just exported them as glb using blender 2.93.5, and they seem to work well enough. Let me know if it helps.
Thanks, my Blender version is slightly different (2.82 I think) so that might be what was throwing things out of alignment. Godot works awesome for everything except, it seems, animated models as those often take a couple of tries to get right...
How did you achieve a working character model for Godot? I ended up copying your glb since all my attempts to use the original fbx ended up completely messed up in Godot. Could I trouble you to export/fix the female low-poly model, too?
