Created MapContext file in contexts map.

The MapContext is now storing the state of the usersLocation. It has also the useEffect to get users location.

Everything is working on my ios-unit. Please check if it still works on android

The mapScreen works as i should and the cat is at my position on the map. I can see that you have moved the code. I will approve the branch.
