Why is this issue closed?

I'm having this error in the last 2.6.3 version. Should I manually update zendframework/ZendDiagnostics?

you have to run again rm composer.lock and composer install

the issue is rightly closed, you are just lock in a previous version of diagnostics yeah

Thanks @cordoval for the quick answer as you said it was the locked composer version. No se el comentario de los polluelos a cuento de que lo has hecho, no me parece que haya preguntado nada tan raro cómo para hacer este tipo de comentarios...
