Hey! Probably won't be a high priority for me in that short term. If your like to take over, that'd be great!

Possible solutions to avoid the conflicts with php-cs-fixer:

allow version 3
remove it from dependencies and it run through Docker (see this example)
run it only once in the tests suite, I think it's not necessary to run it with every item of the test matrix
