Downloadable github project missing --ignore-robots-txt #116

Running the currently available a11ym from Github with --ignore-robots-txt generates "error: unknown option `--ignore-robots-txt'". Package.json version is 0.9.3

As far as I know, it is not part of the latest release. You should ask @jeanmonod for a new release.
