Avoid from pointing to the master of HTML_CodeSniffer #125

Hey,

HTML_CodeSniffer pushed some changes recently which broke the npm install. Part of the reason is theA11yMachine points to the master branch of html_code sniffer. To solve this issue and avoid future risks, it is probably good idea to point to v2.2.0 instead of master. I will draft a PR shortly.
