Feat: Release new 2-color legends, colorless cards + search by "damage effects" #461

This PR enables search in the deck builder for 'on damage effects', as well as introducing several new legend cards. Started branching out to using WikiCommons as a source of public domain art. Adding more legendary units in order to support the 'legendary leader' mode better

Note: this PR throws off the balance of the colors, but I will try to make them even in terms of #'s in an upcoming release.
