Change jvmRoute on tomcat failover (when a session is served by another tomcat) #58

When using sticky session load balancing using apache and mod_jk and 
the session id includes jvmRoute, but on tomcat failover - when a session is 
served by another tomcat - the session id is not updated with the jvmRoute 
of the current/new tomcat.
