23.976 fps subtitles are getting played at 24 fps - causes desync after some time #220

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Play a 23.976 FPS H.264 MKV file.
2. Use 23.976 FPS .txt subtitles. 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The detected FPS for the subtitles is 24 FPS (!). Since the subs are 23.976, 
they get desynced the further you proceed into the movie. 

After playing any movie for about an hour the subtitles are off by a couple 
seconds. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Movist 0.6.8 on the latest Mac OS X.
