Fixed lijunle#72 &lt; and &gt; in comments are not getting replaced with < and > #95

Hi @lijunle I noticed that appveyor choked on PR #83 . I dug into the appveyor logs and found out that it was complaining about an extra comma on line 260 of Extensions.cs and this comma can be safely removed. So, without waiting for @Arlodotexe to fix it, here is my PR on the same issue.

I am going to have to close this PR...I am being too hasty in trying to fix this code. I will close this PR, sleep on it, and try again.
