We all know the previous editor is a trash. This pull request implements a new front end that's much better.

This pull request removes Elm packages, and starts everything from scratch with React, including the CodeMirror mode.

CodeMirror pollen mode provides context for syntax check. The state in new mode enables the editor to highlight tag path and tag signature (Yeh!)
pollen mode is fully unit tested (Yeh!)
The new design feels natural when I use it. Hopefully this is also the case for others.
All docs are updated to reflect the changes
The new UI does drop a few functionalities, but let's do minimal features first
