Adapt the SVG-edit layout for RTL languages #452

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Choose a RTL language (Farsi, Hebrew...)

What is the expected output? 

Seeing the label on the right (= proper) side of the value field, etc. 

What do you see instead?

Things like: 
:(something in the RTL language) 122.33 

In what browser did you experience this problem?

All

This is considerably more challenging than other LTR languages.  Not sure I can 
think
of how to solve this in the 2.5 timeframe :(
